What: Pop in for a gentle cacao ceremony and soothing sound bath then slip quietly off back home, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Please Bring:
- water bottle
- optional: yoga mat if you have one (chairs provided if needed)
- optional: a blanket and socks to make you extra cozy and comfortable
- a big smile and have your hugging arms ready
