Cacao & Sound Journey 15/9

Where: Tailem Bend Community Centre

When: Friday September 15th 2023, 7:00pm

What: Pop in for a gentle cacao ceremony and soothing sound bath then slip quietly off back home, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Please Bring:

• water bottle
• yoga mat if you have one (chairs provided if needed)
• a blanket and socks to make you extra cozy and comfortable 
• have your hugging arms ready
