Yin Yoga & Sound Journey 29/9

What: A journey that’s truly for the mind, body and soul. Join Mads and Narelle for an evening of slow, restorative Yin paired with the healing frequencies of a sound bath including singing bowls, medicine drum and vocals!

Props and mats provided but please bring:

• water bottle
• a blanket and socks to make you extra cozy and comfortable 
• optional: yoga mat and bolster
