This is an invitation to slow down and come back to your body. Each week we move through a different part of you, with ceremony, breath, sound, movement and stillness. 

It's the same care and magic I bring to everything I do, held over eight weeks so it has room to land. A reset for your nervous system, your heart, and your knowing.

We begin on the new moon, 16 June.
